Understanding the Facts

[You can never get all the facts from just one newspaper, and unless you have all the facts, you cannot make proper judgments about what is going on]
Harry S Truman

What is fact? Where does fact come from? How can we be sure if something is a fact? Can fact be checked? There are lot’s of questions regarding the fact we won’t ever think to answer. We won’t loose a minute for checking the fact, we prefer to just call something a fact or take something as a fact. That’s what actually sometimes makes us false believers. Why checking the fact matters? Is there any tool to asses them?

If you are obsessed with these questions, than congratulations, you are reading the right article.

According to some dictionaries, fact is described as “a thing that is known or proved to be true.” It is fair enough to define the fact like asserted. However, there are very interesting theories describing the nature of the facts.

We can say that a fact is something made or done, status of the fact is clearly objective. However, the fact may be the subjective or objective.
